Pretty rare to find. I don't know any source that sell them separate. You can only look for a used complete diff.

Yeah I know they are not that common, especially outside the USA since it is a US spec diff ratio.
Still, I am able to buy a brand new set for around 800€ shipped in Europe with all the seals etc. But before going this route it is still worth a try to see if anyone has a used set for a few hundred €.

If I may contradict here, these parts are still available new at Toyota.

But 800€ is a very decent price.
